By downloading a digital consignment of our pictures, you expressly agree to the following conditions in their entirety.
Intellectual Property: All copyright, design right and other intellectual property rights subsisting in the pictures you may download on this site remain the sole and exclusive property of Gazco Ltd.
Retention of scanned pictures: Gazco Ltd accepts that the client may store downloaded high resolution images of pictures transmitted digitally for the duration of the project for which the pictures have been downloaded. This does not entitle the client to any usage or reproduction rights beyond those explicitly agreed by Gazco Ltd. Any use of the pictures must always credit Gazco by naming the products as Gazco products.
Application to use service: Once we have approved your application to use this service, and you have been granted access to it, you will be responsible for providing usage information for any pictures downloaded under you user account. Gazco reserves the right to deny access to this service to any person or company without explanation.
Assumption of use: This service is intended for the download of high and low resolution images for use. Once you download a picture, we assume you are going to use it, and accredit Gazco as detailed above.
Access to the service: Gazco Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the Direct Download facility from any client at any time without giving notice. Clients who repeatedly fail to provide timely usage information will be declined access to this service.
Passing on pictures: Downloaded pictures may not be passed from one client to another, unless within the same organisation, except by prior explicit agreement with Gazco Ltd.
Right to use: The receipt of digital images from Gazco Ltd confers the right to use the pictures only as explicitly agreed by Gazco Ltd.
Download Problems: If you encounter any problems downloading files you should notify Gazco Ltd as soon as possible.
Credits: Any picture reproduced, advertising excepted, must be credited to Gazco Ltd.
Voucher copies: You agree that a complimentary copy of any published work in which a Gazco Ltd picture is used will be sent to Gazco Ltd on publication, or details (website address) of where pictures have been used digitally.
